PHEC's New Portal

PHEC is proud to introduce our new customer service portal.  There is no need to re-register on the new portal if you already have a portal account with us.  Your current account number, username, and password will work with our new portal site.  If you are a new user and/or are new to our customer service portal, please click on the new user link to set up your account.  You will need the last 4 digits of your SSN and the last 4 digits of a phone number you have on file with us to set up a new account.  Please call our office (M-F 8am-5pm) if you have any questions about your account, or have trouble logging in.  Thanks, PHEC
